![]() After being discovered at age 17 by country music legend, Dottie West, Steve Wariner became her bass player. Next he went to work for Bob Luman. He soon met guitar legend, Chet Atkins, who signed him to RCA records in 1977. Steve scored his first hit record in 1980 and thus began a career that has spanned three decades, 25 albums released, and millions of records sold. On December 10th, LogiCom produced the Merry Mercy Christmas Benefit at the Loew's Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. On October 22nd, The Partnership for Prescription Assistance reached the milestone of helping the 6 Millionth patient in the four years since the program's launch. The "Help is Here" tour has visited more than 3,000 cities and traveled in excess of 350,000 miles in its quest to reach all uninsured and under-insured Americans. Today's event, held in Harrisburg, PA, featured one of the PPA's spokesmen, Pittsburgh Steeler great, Jerome "The Bus" Bettis pictured with LogiCom's Steve Robinson (bottom photo) who has managed logistics and staffing for the 2-bus nationwide tour since the program's kick-off in April of 2005. From August 4-11, LogiCom's Steve Robinson accompanied Steve Wariner to Europe for shows in Germany and Holland. Wariner performed for U.S. troops at Rose Barracks in Vilseck, Germany. After the show, Wariner and Robinson were presented spurs and honored with membership into the "Wolfpack Order of the Silver Spur" by LTC Bryan Denny, Commander of the 3rd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment. Later in the week, Wariner also performed at the Floralia Festival in Oosterhout, Holland. |

This year's event was attended by 1,400 Tennesseans and raised $600,000 for the party. Superstars Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus made a Christmas visit to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. They were there to visit with patients and to deliver a $60,000 check to the Vanderbilt Eskind Diabetes Clinic. The donation was made on behalf of Billy by longtime LogiCom client, The Fraternal Order of Eagles. Over the years they have donated more than $300,000 to Vanderbilt's pediatric diabetes research and treatment programs. |

![]() On June 18th, 2007, LogiCom produced the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Children's Congress performance staged on the west front of the US Capitol. This biannual event features approximately 150 patients representing every state in the country. This year's event also included country superstars Trisha Yearwood and Steve Wariner along with actress Mary Tyler Moore. Also performing was 2006 American Idol finalist, Elliott Yamin (on left in top photo), who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 16 and has signed on with JDRF to serve as a celebrity advocate on the organization's behalf. 2007 marked the fourth consecutive JDRF performance that LogiCom has had the honor of producing. |

On June 12th, Montel Williams and the PPA bus tour visited Greensburg, KS, the town that was destroyed by a massive tornado on May 4th. VP of PhRMA, Ken Johnson, Sr. presented to the local hospital, a check for $25,000 donated by America's pharmaceutical manufacturers. Additionally, the bus delivered more than $10,000 worth of supplies, everything from medical supplies to pillows to laptop computers and coffee makers. The experience was unforgettable and the devastation was all but complete-- but the spirit of the town's citizens was truly inspiring in the face of such devastation. |
On June 5th, LogiCom produced a press conference for the Partnership for Prescription Assistance at the Honolulu Zoo. This marked the partnership's 2nd visit to the 50th state where nearly 8,000 people have been helped by receiving their prescription medicine free or nearly free. |

From March 9-12, LogiCom produced the Southern Republican Leadership Conference at The Peabody in Memphis, Tennessee. This year, the semi-annual gathering also included Midwestern states and was attended by several thousand delegates from a total of 38 states. The Conference featured speeches from a dozen U.S. senators including Bill Frist, John McCain, Mitch McConnell, Lamar Alexander, and George Allen; Congressmen including the Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert; and Governors including Mitt Romney from Massachusetts, Rick Perry from Texas and Haley Barbour from Mississippi. On Saturday, November 20th, LogiCom produced the 17th Annual Fannie Mae Foundation's Help the Homeless Walkathon. The event which drew more than
30,000 people to the National Mall in Washington, DC, was chaired by
baseball Hall-of-Famer, Cal Ripken, Jr. This marked the second consecutive
year that LogiCom has produced this event.
In the summer of 2004, LogiCom was designated as the official and exclusive
provider of event services to the 2004 Republican National Convention for donors
to the Republican National Committee. As such, we oversaw all aspects of
participation in New York City for nearly 1,000 donors. This included
registration, hotel management, transportation, events, entertainment, and
security. Over the five days, LogiCom produced more than 30 events including a concert at Lincoln Center; events at Trump National Golf Club and the US Open, and receptions at the New York Stock Exchange, Tavern on the Green, Sotheby's Auction House, 21, and Le Cirque. LogiCom also designed a secure 24-page Web portal used exclusively to market the Convention to attendees. On-site, LogiCom maintained a staff of 13 full-timers and a production team of more than 25 in support of our efforts in New York City. While in NYC, LogiCom also had the privilege of producing concerts for two
separate charities.
On March 13th and 14th, LogiCom produced the entertainment at the Atlanta Motor Speedway for NASCAR's Golden Corral 500. The events featured performances by Hootie & the Blowfish and comedian Dick Hardwick, and the All American Chorus from the 82nd Airborne. Arnold Palmer served as the Grand Marshall for the race. On March 11th, LogiCom again worked with former President George Bush for their corporate client, The Young President's Organization in Chicago, IL.

2003:![]() On October 18th, LogiCom worked with General Tommy Franks, the former Commander-in-Chief of United States Central Command, who oversaw military operations in Afghanistan and the 2003 overthrow of Saddam Hussein. General Franks delivered the keynote address to AFLAC's national sales convention PAC breakfast.in San Diego, CA. On October 8th, LogiCom had the honor of producing the 2003 Presidential Gala. This year's event, which highlighted New York City as the host to the 2004 Republican National Convention, featured performances by the legendary Michael Feinstein and his 20 piece orchestra, and world-renowned painter Michael Israel.The President delivered keynote remarks for the evening that also included NY Governor George Pataki, the National Anthem performed by NYPD Lt. On July 28th, LogiCom's Mindy Benson directed an event at Hill Air Force Base in Layton, Utah. The emotional "Welcome Home to the Troops" featured an inspirational keynote address by Joe Bonsall, longtime member of The Oak Ridge Boys and author of the true and gripping WWII love story "GI Joe and Lillie."
Bonsall addressed some 1500 members of Utah's 388th Fighter Wing who have been patrolling the No-Fly Zone in Iraq since 1991, along with 20 veterans of WWII including Utah's only living Medal of Freedom winner and two soldiers who, like Bonsall's father Pvt. Joseph S. Bonsall, stormed Utah Beach in Normandy on D-Day. |

In connection with this event, Steve Robinson also produced a video entitled "The City Still Shines" which featured such luminaries as: President George W. Bush, former President Bush, Wayne Newton, and Charlton Heston along with many others. This film was subsequently honored with the prestigious Telly Award for non-broadcast videos. |
