Only one room is available per member (except for Majority Fund Members eligible for the “Red" and "White" Packages.)

Hotel rooms are not offered a la carte. Please indicate you would like extra rooms on your registration form and you will be advised as to availability by the hotel.

What if I wish to extend my stay in New York City?

The host hotels are offering special rates for those who wish to arrive early or stay on afterward. Please note on your registration form the day you wish to arrive or depart.

What if I want to switch to a different hotel than my group has been assigned?

Transportation will be available only from each group's host hotel. If a Member chooses to stay at a different hotel or a New York residence, each member will be required to go to the host hotel in order to gain access to the group's transportation.

What if I do not want to stay for entire 5 days; can I reserve for less than 5 nights?

Hotels are requiring a five-night minimum stay during convention week.

I understand the 5 night minimum for the hotel rooms, but what if I don’t check in right away? Will I lose my hotel room?

No, once we charge your deposit, that room is yours regardless of what day you check in. So, those of you needing to check in later than Sunday will have no problems when arriving later in the week.

How can I learn more about the types of rooms and suites available at my assigned hotel? What about room and hotel amenities?

We encourage you to visit the Website of your particular hotel to learn more about the room and suite options and amenities before registering. If you indicate your preferences about your room choice on the registration form, we will make every effort to honor room requests.

When will I see the hotel deposit charge on my credit card?

The hotel will charge a $200 deposit to your credit card. Your stay at the hotel will be charged at the time of checkout.

When will I find out what type of room (single, double, kind, suite, etc..) I will have?

Your special room requests will be noted and the hotel will attempt to meet them. Requests cannot be guaranteed however.

How will I know if the hotel has my reservation? Will I receive a confirmation number?
